Shipping Policy

All orders are prepared and shipped from our warehouse with care. This page explains processing times, shipping options and what to expect after you place an order.

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after payment is confirmed. During peak seasons or promotional events, processing may take up to 5 business days.

Shipping Rates and Delivery

• Standard shipping: $4.99 flat rate worldwide
• FREE standard shipping on all orders over $49
• Estimated delivery: 7-15 business days after dispatch, depending on your destination

Once your order ships, a confirmation email with a tracking number will be sent to the email address you provided. Tracking information may take 2-5 business days to become active.

Customs, Duties and Taxes

Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer's responsibility and are collected by your country's customs office when the parcel arrives. Please check with your local customs office to determine what these additional costs may be before placing an order.

Shipping Address

Please make sure your shipping address is complete and correct — including apartment or unit numbers — when checking out. We are unable to change the delivery address after an order has been dispatched. NailLume is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses entered by the customer.

Undelivered Packages

If your tracking shows the parcel as delivered but you have not received it, please check with household members and neighbors first, then contact your local carrier. If the package is still missing, email us at hello@naillume.com within 14 days of the delivery date and we will help you open an investigation.
