By accessing or placing an order on this store, you agree to the following terms.
1. Orders & Pricing
- All prices are shown in the currency selected at the top of the site and exclude shipping unless stated.
- An order is accepted once we confirm it by email. We may cancel an order and refund in full if a product is out of stock or priced incorrectly.
2. Shipping
- Orders are normally processed within 1–3 business days. Delivery time depends on the destination and carrier.
- Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the carrier's address you provided. Please make sure the address is correct at checkout.
3. Returns & Refunds
- Unopened items in original condition may be returned within 30 days of delivery; contact customer service for a return authorisation.
- For hygiene reasons, opened nail polish, gel, and tools that contact skin or nails cannot be resold and are not returnable unless faulty.
- Damaged or wrong items: contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos, and we will send a replacement or refund.
4. Product Information
We describe products and show photos as accurately as possible. Slight colour differences caused by screens and lighting are normal. Nail products are for external use only — always follow the instructions on the packaging and do a patch test if you have sensitive skin.
5. Account
You are responsible for keeping your account password safe and for all activity under your account. Accounts used for fraud or abuse may be suspended.
6. Intellectual Property
All store content (text, images, logos, and design) belongs to NailLume or its licensors and may not be copied for commercial use without permission.
